A Thousand Boy Kisses

I am not exaggerating, but I cried from the first chapter of this book. I think this is one of the books that's made me cry the most. I sobbed so much my tears wouldn't let me read the words, and I'm not being melodramatic. It's such a beautiful story. If you want to read it, make sure you do it when you're alone and you have time, because once you start it, you will not want to drop it and will not want others to see your puffy eyes

Note: Before you start reading this book, run to the supermarket to buy 5 boxes of Kleenex, I am being serious.

Here is a brief review:

"One kiss lasts a moment. But a thousand kisses can last a lifetime. One boy. One girl. A bond that is forged in an instant and cherished for a decade. A bond that neither time nor distance can break. A bond that will last forever. Or so they believe.

When seventeen-year-old Rune Kristiansen returns from his native Norway to the sleepy town of Blossom Grove, Georgia, where he befriended Poppy Litchfield as a child, he has just one thing on his mind. Why did the girl who was one half of his soul, who promised to wait faithfully for his return, cut him off without a word of explanation? Rune's heart was broken two years ago when Poppy fell silent. When he discovers the truth, he finds that the greatest heartache is yet to come.

A stand-alone young adult tearjerker romance, recommended for ages fourteen and up?"

One day

You probably already saw the movie, but let me tell you something. The book does not compare to the movie.

Okay, in the movie you do cry, but you get a few tears. In the book it is a sea of tears.

It's a bit of a drastic and tragic story, you really need to be prepared to read this book that breaks your heart into a thousand pieces. Although many may hate the ending, for me, it is a special ending. I don't know how to explain it without giving spoilers, so I will just tell you that it is really worth reading and you will not regret it, I promise.

As you read it, at first you may come to feel that it is a bit long and tedious, but when you are reading the last chapters, Jesus, you don’t know if the tears you’re shedding are happy tears or sad tears. There are so many emotions in this single book that will leave a mark in your heart.

Note: This book teaches you how to live in the now and enjoy it, and I´m not being melodramatic.

Confess.

by: Colleen Hoover.

Okay, this book is not meant to make the reader cry, but since I get moved easily, I cried. I cried in the first and last chapter.

It is a pretty good story. The plot in it is very balanced and realistic.

It also has scenes that make you laugh and the love relationship between the characters is beautiful. At first it can be a bit confusing and you are not entirely sure what is happening, but as the story progresses, everything begins to make sense and you do not want to stop reading.

Now that I think about it, I'm not sure why I cried, I just know that the moment you reach the end there is no way to stop the tears.

You also come to hate two characters a lot, but for their sake I won't spoil them.

Fun Fact: I named my cat after one of the characters in the book
